Oven Preparation
Place frozen portion in Shallow, uncovered pan and cook in a 175C (350F) preheated oven for 35 – 40 minutes or 15 – 20 minutes from Defrosted.
Microwave Preparation
Place defrosted portion top side down in a microwavable safe dish for 1 piece, cook on high for 1.5 minutes then turn top side up and cook on High for one minute. If cooking additional portions, adjust cooking time accordingly
