What does owning a business in Surrey mean to you?

Well for me to be able to open up a business right in the same area where I have lived for 22 years is something special. Clancy’s was always my favourite place to buy all my meat and specialty sauces from, but with a busy life, it’s not always easy to get over to a store on the other side of Surrey. So by opening up this location in Nordel, right in my own neck of the woods, it’s also great for all the people who love Clancy’s and it makes it more convenient for them to come grab a fabulous dinner ready to go. The best part is seeing old teachers from my elementary schools and friends who I haven't seen since high school along with people from my neighbourhood.

What is your favorite item on the Clancy's menu?

I have to say the Jumbo Stuffed Mushroom Neptune and Maui Ribs are probably my favourite. Our new Aged Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese is also great.

I can touch my nose with my toungue :)
